Insane prices, same day service! Linda is the best! Thanks again for another perfect job.

Exceptional service that went above and beyond! I went in expecting nothing more than a replacement for my cracked front windshield, and I left feeling genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible service I received! From the very beginning, the woman at the front desk was kind, friendly, and helpful. She answered all my calls and questions, made the entire process easy, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. Their quote was also the lowest of everyone I contacted—even less than my deductible! The gentleman who replaced my windshield was equally wonderful. He recently welcomed a new baby into his family, and I jokingly told him he must be even more tired than I am with a 9 month old ! 😂 Despite that, he greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond what I had asked for. He noticed a scuff on the side of my car from a little garage mishap one morning when I was rushing off to work (and clearly not fully awake!), and he took the time to remove it, too! Then, when I got back to my car, I noticed they had even done some detailing! These were thoughtful, unexpected extras that they absolutely did not have to do, and they made such a difference. To top it all off, they finished faster than they originally estimated, giving me a little extra time in my day to tackle the million other things on my to-do list! It’s rare to find a business that combines such reasonable pricing, excellent communication, genuine kindness, and attention to detail. I expected a windshield replacement, but I received an experience that reminded me there are still people who take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond. You made my day, and I would recommend your company to anyone looking for honest pricing, outstanding service, and people who truly care! ❤️

The customer service and repairwork by Liberty Auto Glass truly deserves 5 stars without any hesitation! The other day, something hit my windshield and caused a 1 inch chip/crack in the glass. With the weather constantly fluctuating between cold and rainy and hot and humid, I knew I needed to get it repaired right away before the damage spreads. 5 years ago Liberty Auto Glass actually repaired a different windshield on another car of mine and I was so relieved to see that the company was not just still in business, but rated so highly online. I called their office and was thankful to find out they would be able to inspect and hopefully repair it the same day. The process itself was very quick and the welcoming and friendly customer service was just as great as ever! The prior chip repair still looks really good 5 years later so I have no hesitation with this new repair. While I hope that I will never have anymore chips to any of my windshields, I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of auto glass repair.

Were able to get me in quick, great customer service, replaced my driver’s side front window in about an hour, and were the most affordable option with great reviews in the area! Highly recommend!

SO so helpful! I was given a correct estimate and time to complete the repair. Amazing customer service & job well done on the windshield!

They were fast, accommodating and reasonably priced, everything that I look for in a service provider. Also, they were the sweetest people. I highly recommend Liberty Auto Glass.

From the first contact(a phone call) to driving away w my mew beautiful windshield, nothing but 5 star service! Speed in to fix any chipped or cracked windshields while you can!

I got my windshield replaced and they got it done much quicker than I was expecting! All the workers I interacted with were super friendly as well

I dealt with Pete and couldn't be any happier with the results. I live in Northern Ca and my son is attending school in San Diego. I did a bit of research about where to bring his vehicle. It was a no brainer considering that Liberty Auto Glass has the best reviews. Pete and crew installed two side mirrors and got my son out of there in record time so he wouldn't be late to class. My son called to tell me how quickly they got the work done. Pete worked with me over the phone/text to make sure I was purchasing the right mirrors to purchase so they could install them. Price was even better than what we were originally quoted. Pete was incredibly professional, accommodating and a joy to work with. We will be back for anything glass related without hesitation. Thank you Pete and Co!!
